The Ice Age is arriving and the animals are scurrying to journey south toward warmer climate. Sid, a lazy sloth, oversleeps and realizes that he has been left behind by all the others animals. Through a violent incident he bumps into the mammoth Manfred whom he stalks until they come across a woman laying with her son on the cold river shore. She has recently escaped an attack by a pack of saber-toothed tigers. Sid and Manfred decide to help the little boy to human village. On the way they encounter Diego, a saber-tooth, who is guiding them to the human village. Ice Age is a film about friendships and hardships that entertains and teaches. |
