BLACK HAWK DOWN (2001)

Somalia is in the middle of a civil war during the beginning of the 90s where warlords fight for the control of the nation and they control the nation by starvation.  The most powerful warlord is located somewhere inside Mogadishu and the US have decided to try to get rid off him by sending Rangers and Delta Force units to Somalia.  A strike is planned in the middle of the day when they can locate two of the warlords top lieutenants, since they are constantly on the move.  However, something goes wrong and the unit faces a monstrous assault by the warlords militia that never seem to seize.  Black Hawk Down is a built on an autobiography that depicts a story about camaraderie and brutal honesty of war that leaves the audience with a horrific, yet excellent cinematic experience.
